Dalgro (SI) Limited (DSIL) was established in the Solomon Islands on the 30th of May 1994, Dalgo (SI) Limited has now grown to a large vibrant independent contractor in the Solomon Islands. The company has two other trading locations in the South Pacific Region, Brisbane, Australia and the Fiji Islands.
Traditionally Dalgro (SI) Ltd has always specialized in heavy earthmovers machineries, although in more recent years the company has explored more diverse markets, adding to the ever growing success of the company. The current main trading sectors of the company are;
Mr. Keith Douglas

Mr. Keith Douglas more popularly known “Mr. Keith or Keith” a father of five children and founder of Dalgro (SI) Ltd. And Cruz Holdings, for more than 50 years of experience in various industrial firms and involved in all kind of machineries maintenance, supervision and management gave him the idea to form the company from logging and heavy machineries supply and maintenance and expanded to Douglas Concrete, Douglas Construction and Douglas Logistic, Mr. Keith’s role is maintaining integrity and competitiveness of the company, he is approachable and accessible at any time of which has resulted in much loyalty and dedication by his subordinates.
Reginald Douglas
Director / CEO
Reggie” to his family, to his close friend and to his associates, plays a key role in providing leadership and guidance to his team for the effective delivery of operation related services. The ever hardworking and dependable Managing Director has maintained a hands-on approach of the company’s operation as well as to administration of Dalgro (SI) limited. His commitment and dedication to the family business is a tribute to the success of the company.
Director’s vision, good foresight, management, leadership skills and openness to the practical trend and decision, the truthful and simple attitude of Mr. Reginald “Reggie” Douglas created and impression of fairness and trust by his dealing with clients.
Dhirendra Singh
Operation / Manager
Dhirendra, Dheren for short oversees the entire operation of the Dalgro (SI) limited and has been with the family business from its inception until today.
His area of expertise is plant management and site leadership and he is responsible for compliance with scheduling, health and safety, quality assurance and all relevant standards to any given project. He uses effective communication to lead his team whilst liaising with both sub-contractors and clients to ensure the satisfactory completion of all projects.
Choy-lin Yim Douglas

Madam Choy-lin “Choy”, the ever supportive spouse of Reginald Douglas, she played a vital role in making the company on top with the other companies in the island, with her character, a person who is easily can deal with helps the company to be known. Though she has that character, she is also tough in securing company’s financial stability, with her high knowledge in financial administration.

“Marco” Mr. Marco for his more than 28 years in construction experience in various construction firm philippines and abroad which involves in design, supervision and construction management of engineering projects his role is to assist the top management with their mission on setting high standard of quality, work excellence and growth in company revenues, assist in developing and train its staff for technical leadership and management work for the growth of the company.

Logistic Manager
“Binay” joined company recently and comes with lot of management experience. He has been in Solomon Islands for last 9 years and is very well versed with the market scenario. Graduated with Masters in Business Administration and has worked in all aspects of business operation. This enables him to provide proficient management, leadership and ability to guide the business through his vision. With his powerful negotiating and search skills, he is taking control of the group purchasing to provide cost benefits. His focused area are spare parts, logistics and oxy business and he is set to deliver a new era of Douglas family business. Focused on streamlining, nurturing the productivity, enduring reliability and ensuring cost effectiveness in order to deliver exceptional customer service and returns.
